Terms of Use

These Terms govern use of WantYou (the "Site"), a Swiss adult classifieds platform. By accessing the Site, creating an account, or using credits, you accept these Terms.

The Site is for adults only. You certify that you are at least 18 and have full legal capacity. Minors are strictly prohibited. An age check is required on entry.

Publishing an ad requires an account. You must provide accurate information, not impersonate others, and you are responsible for your login credentials and all activity on your account.

Allowed:

• classifieds between consenting adult private individuals;
• soft / non-explicit photos that match the ad (max. 3 photos).

Forbidden:

• any content involving minors;
• pornography and sexually explicit imagery (genitals, sexual acts);
• escorting, prostitution, commercial sex work;
• dating, companionship, or sexual acts in exchange for compensation (money, gifts, "sugar", etc.);
• selling sexual photos / videos;
• illegal goods or services;
• harassment, hate, scams, spam, or deceptive redirects;
• URLs or HTML / Markdown in titles and descriptions;
• ads on behalf of a business or third party.

Contact details are not shown publicly: they are revealed on explicit action. Guests may reveal a limited number for free, then must sign in.

These rules also support our payment partners’ requirements (including Wallee and PostFinance) and applicable advertising policies (e.g. Google Ads — Dating & Companionship).

Digital credits buy visibility options for ads. They have no cash value outside the Site and are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

Current prices and options are shown in the product UI (account, publish wizard). A first-ad bonus of 10 credits may be granted under active offers.

Payments may be processed by our partners (including Wallee and PostFinance). You must not use the Site for content those partners forbid (including pornographic representations, immoral content, or compensated sexual services).

No refunds are due, including after an ad or account is removed for Terms violations, archiving, expiry, or termination.

WantYou acts as a technical host. You remain responsible for published content and for your exchanges or meetings.

We may refuse, remove, or hide any non-compliant ad. For breaches, we may suspend the account. For repeat infringements, the account may be permanently banned, with loss of credit balance and active options, without compensation.

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. After an attempt at amicable resolution, disputes are brought before the courts at the operator’s seat in Switzerland.
